Eltos invest in new Bürkle Lamination System

Italian PCB manufacturer, Eltos S.p.A, has recently installed a new high temperature press from Bürkle GmbH.

The new press will allow Eltos to laminate multilayer pcb’s up to 710x800mm and above all, special Teflon based products thanks to the 400°C maximum temperature capability.

The investment, in addition to an existing automatic lamination system, is focused to cover the above needs, increasing production capacity while reducing the manufacturing times and will guarantee an higher flexibility in handling special products (non FR-4 materials).

Eltos S.p.A. is a middle size European Pcb manufacturer with an HiTech-HiMix-Low volume-Quick Turnaround structure, a turnover of 13,5 M€ of which 45% is dedicated to export. 

Eltos handles 10.000 batches/year with 95 employees.
