PT Zed cold plates consist of an Aluminum milled base plate and a brazed cover onto. In case of very demanding heat flux requirements (W/cm2) additional turbulators increase the heat exchange surface in order to achieve the best performances in terms of thermal resistance.
Priatherm supports you in selecting products suitable for a wide range of applications (Broadcasting, Medical, Industrial Drives, Railway, Automotive etc.) and customizing cold plates design in order to match thermal performance and geometric constraints.
The brazing process allows us furthermore to design cooling channels only where they are really needed, achieving reliable and very compact designs and low values of hydraulic pressure drop within the LCP.

When de-ionized water is a must, Priatherm offers also the option “vacuum brazing”. By the same dimensional range and the same design flexibility, LCP’s brazed in vacuum furnaces are available on request.
