Goldenmax International Technology Ltd. (Goldenmax or GDM ) is a state-level high-tech enterprise.

GDM mainly manufactures copper-clad laminates for printed circuits and related products.

In recent years, the company has been awarded “National Torch Program Project Certificate”, “Shanghai Hi-tech enterprise”, “Shanghai Famous Trademark Certificate”, “Advanced Enterprise in Songjiang district”, “Key Backbone Enterprise in Songjiang district”, “Advanced foreign-funded unit in Songjiang district”, “Technology Innovation advanced unit in Songjiang district”, “Energy saving & consumption reduction advanced unit in Songjiang district” titles.

In 2013, the company realized a total sales amount of approximately RMB 2.4 billion yuan, ranking second among domestic enterprises in China’s copper-clad laminate industry, for which it enjoys superior reputation in the industry.

GDM is the owner of two copper-clad laminate brands as “GEM ” and “ILM ”, in which “ILM” is one of the highest quality copper-clad laminate brands in the industry.

Headquartered in Songjiang district, Shanghai, and listed at the Shenzhen stock exchange (stock code: 002636) in 2011, GDM currently owns three large modern copper-clad laminate plants in Shanghai, Zhuhai and Hangzhou (new construction completed in 2015).

With the launch into production of the Hangzhou new factory (which capacity is about 2 million sheets/month) the company’s production capacity has reached 4.6 million sheets/month to bring outstanding benefit of economic of scale.

The industrial deployment of three-place distribution has significantly improved the company’s product delivery ability and service standard.

Advanced, state-of-the-art and more efficient production facilities, while expanding company scale, allowed a significantly improved customer service standard worldwide.

The company has acquired ISO9001:2008 quality management system standard certification, and all the products are based on IPC-4101 standard.

The company products were simultaneously granted UL and German VDE certifications. The company is a member of the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA) and a member of Copper Clad Laminate Association (CCLA).
